Girls Cyber Saturdays 4-wk program at St. Andrew’s PCC St. Thomas

ywca-usvi-logo-imgYWCA USVI, in Community Partnership with the US Department of Energy’s Cybersecurity Workforce Pipeline Consortium, the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Andrew’s Church and viNGN will introduce girls to the tools needed to become Cyberdefenders in “Cyber Saturdays” – a special 4-week program. For four Saturdays beginning Saturday, March 19 – Saturday, April 9, 2016 from 2-5pm, participants will be trained in cyber security, computer science, and programming at no cost.

The St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church Public Computer Center is located at #50, 9th Street in Sugar Estate on St. Thomas and is open Mondays-Saturdays. To apply to be a part of Cyber Saturdays, parents or interested girls may complete the pre-registration form online at http://goo.gl/forms/zubGT1Zmn7.
